Sanjana Dugad, M.A.

Founder & Chief Psychologist
Hi! I am Sanjana, the brain (and heart) behind MYND. With a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University, New York and experience at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York and Headspace, I have spent my career helping people untangle their thoughts and step into their best selves.

My goal? To leave the world better than I found it! I have unwavering faith in human resilience, and I truly believe that every individual possesses the inherent capacity to heal and find purpose.

When I’m not deep in therapy sessions, you’ll find me on the tennis court, lost in a book, or binging a thriller (the more the suspense, the better).

MYND Philosophy

MYND isn't just a name. It's a philosophy. Inspired by the word "mind," MYND also stands for 'My Mind' - a reminder that your mental well-being is yours to understand, nurture, and strengthen. We believe in the power of the mind and the right tools to support growth. With a practical evidence-based approach, we help you build clarity, resilience, and lasting well-being.
